Wheeeeee! Long Weekend Ahead!

We will be spending a significant portion of it on the road.
Off to somewhere west of whoop whoop.
The upside is some quality knitting time.
The downside is the 5 hours in the car each way with 2 kids.

And 2 dogs.

I’ve been baking for the trip:
let me encourage you to give these ginger biscuits a go.
Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside.
Pretty much perfect if you like ginger biscuits!
