How Do I Order a Pattern?

Click on the either the “Add To Cart” or “Buy It Now” button across the bottom of the Pattern Page. When you have finished browsing, click on the “Buy It Now” or “View My Cart” button to finalise your purchase with a link to PayPal.
 

How Do I Get My Patterns?

All our patterns are for sale as PDF downloads (unless as part of another book/booklet or purchased from a Stockist). You will receive a copy of the pattern digitally via the Ravelry Website. We prefer to use Ravelry as pattern updates are immediately reissued to all purchasers and if you are a member of Ravelry, you can store your pattern in your online library for future reference.
 

Do You Sell Printed Versions Of Your Patterns?

All our patterns are for sale only as PDF downloads from our website.
If you would like to purchase a printed version of the pattern, check the Stockists who sell printed versions of our patterns.
 

Can I Exchange or Return My Pattern Order?

As all our patterns are for sale as PDF downloads (unless as part of another book/booklet), you receive the pattern you have purchased digitally. There is no way to return this digital PDF pattern and ensure security of the pattern once purchased. Therefore, we advise you choose the correct pattern prior to purchase as unfortunately we cannot reimburse or accept exchange requests.
